Nicolás Jaar
For his performance at the Sharjah Triennale, Nicolás Jaar will compose and perform a piece for 16 buried speakers. The speakers will be buried under the ground at Mleiha Fort. The layers of soil covering the speakers will radically affect the sound, making the soil an active participant and performer of the composition.
